We can’t tell you how often our students comment that they wish they had started yoga young. What would your youth have been like if you had a secret toolbox of strategies to feel less stress and more self-love? Yoga is simply a wonderful gift to give a kid. It is a noncompetitive activity that helps children develop strong and flexible bodies, learn body awareness, enhance motor skills and coordination, and improve concentration. Perhaps most importantly, yoga fosters a child’s sense of belonging in this world and in this body.
Weekly Kids Classes
Our kids program introduces kids to both the more active and more meditative elements of a yoga practice using poses, games, music and dance, art, and storytelling. We restrict our class sizes for the little ones (age 3.5-5, age 6-8, and age 9-11) to just 8 kids so that they get plenty of attention. Teen class may be larger.

We have a very limited Summer session for ages 3.5-5 ONLY. It’s the four Wednesdays of July, 4:00-4:45: July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26. Fee is $72 for the 4 week session, $20 to drop in. Sign up for Summer 3.5-5s session below.
