Policies: All purchases are non-refundable. New Student Special may only be purchased once. Unlimited memberships may be frozen two times per year, for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of four weeks. (If you’ll be away for more than 4 weeks, we recommend canceling and restarting your membership when you return. Note that we cannot guarantee the same rate when you return.) Unfortunately, we cannot freeze memberships retroactively. Class packages may be shared with whoever you like!
